Kidsborough, a before and after school enrichment program with locations throughout eastern Massachusetts, is accepting applications for highly experienced Site Coordinators for our programs in Lexington and Grafton!
New hires will start at our after-school program in Winchester or Hopkinton in preparation for the launch of our programs for the 2022-23 school year.
Our Site Coordinator must be a dynamic, self-motivated, organized, adaptable, creative and caring individual. Ability to communicate positively, appropriately and effectively with children, parents, staff, school personnel and the community is essential. Our ideal candidate will provide the highest level of fun, creative, engaging and educational hands-on activities.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for promoting Kidsborough philosophy, goals and objectives by mentoring and supporting staff in their daily responsibilities, implementing and complying with all licensing regulations as determined by the EEC, and participating in daily activities with the children. The Site Coordinator must maintain a comfortable, supportive and nurturing environment where children can excel academically and creatively, and are supported in their development of interpersonal skills in a fun, respectful and safe environment. In addition to activity and curriculum development and implementation, administrative duties include center enrollment, accounts management, maintaining child records, ordering of supplies, and managing staff schedules, meetings and policies.
Salary range for this full time, year-round, exempt position is dependent on experience and education level.

Assistant Site Coordinator

An Assistant Site Coordinator must be a dynamic, self motivated, organized, adaptable, creative and caring individual able to communicate positively, appropriately and effectively with children, parents, staff, school personnel and the community at large. Our ideal candidate will provide the highest level of fun, creative, engaging and educational hands-on activities that will have the children talking about their afternoons all during the school day!

Hours are:
3:00-6:00pm M-F (all 5 days) in ratio
Administrative hours are completed during the morning before afternoon programing.
Availability on half-days and non-school days is required

Group Leader: Part-time, $18-$26/hr
Kidsborough is looking for creative, self-motivated and caring individuals for our K-5 after-school programs.
Applicants should enjoy working with children and be able to pass a background check. Group leaders MUST have childcare experience.
Job Description: Work with the Site Coordinator to implement programming for students. Group Leaders will execute daily scheduled activities and programs for youth K-5 and perform tasks as requested per site coordinator. Pay is commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist youth with homework/academic support
- Adhere to EEC regulations
- Remain flexible and open-minded
- Contribute to program clubs and activities
- Attend staff meetings and complete required trainings
- Above all, ensure the safety of students
Hours: Monday through Friday, roughly 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Ability to work all five afternoons is not required.
Additional hours are available during school vacation weeks and summer.

Job Description: An Assistant Group Leader will upport in implementing daily activities including educational help, arts, cooking, science, outdoor play, games and club activities; help prepare and supervise snack, perform assigned daily cleaning, and maintain site safety; engage children in all activities, helping them make safe and appropriate choices; communicate with Group Leader and Site Coordinator regarding child’s accomplishments, activities and general behavior.

Behavior Technician

Kidsborough, a before and after school enrichment program with locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for dynamic, confident, self-motivated, creative and caring individuals with extensive experience in a school-age setting to work with children in grades K-5 for the academic school year. Responsibilities include implementing our curriculum and assisting and supporting children with homework, creating and implementing art, cooking, science and other enrichment activities, and guiding and supporting the children in their development of interpersonal skills in a fun, respectful and safe environment. Our Kidsborough Behavior Technician works in a fast-paced environment integrating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) procedures within a group setting.
The Behavior Technician will collaborate with site staff to ensure that all students are engaging in appropriate social interactions throughout programming. Principles and procedures of applied behavior analysis, data collection and the implementation of skill acquisition through behavior interventions are key components of the position.
Interested individuals must be patient, organized, dedicated, and a committed team-player with good communication skills and a strong desire to enrich the lives of children. Registered Behavior Technician Certificate is a plus.
Part-time position 5 days/week from:
3:00-6:00pm Monday-Friday
Some flexibility possible with afternoon start/end time.
Availability on most half-days and non-school days is a big plus!
